Method

Two types of input, four types of output.

Inputs

• Intention · camada: fonte — original notes, verbatim. What was thought/observed; never rewritten. E.g.: Minecraft Analysis.
• Conversation · camada: conversa — output of meetings; what becomes input to the system. Dated. E.g.: Meeting Jun 15.

Outputs

• Insight · camada: insight — distilled understanding. E.g.: Why games.
• Doc · camada: doc — structured documentation (project pages).
• Data · camada: dados — missions (group of people + measurable objective).
• Action · camada: acao — tasks (MG-1…).

Flow: Intention + Conversation → curation → Insight · Doc · Data · Action.

The formula already exists; we discover it (Plato). The intention preserves the raw discovery; the outputs are its materialization. The rule emerges from use — bottom-up — not imposed.
