Method

Two types of input, four types of output.

Inputs

  • Intent · camada: fonte — original notes, verbatim. What was thought/observed; never rewritten. Ex.: Minecraft Analysis.
  • Conversation · camada: conversa — output from meetings; what becomes system input. Dated. Ex.: Meeting June 15.

Outputs

  • Insight · camada: insight — distilled understanding. Ex.: Why games?.
  • Doc · camada: doc — structured documentation (project pages).
  • Data · camada: dadosmissions (set of people + measurable goal).
  • Action · camada: acaotasks (MG-1…).

Flow: Intent + Conversation → curation → Insight · Doc · Data · Action.

The formula already exists; we discover it (Plato). The intent preserves the raw discovery; the outputs are the materialization. The rule emerges from usage — bottom-up, not imposed.
