MGAGRO-1 · Product validation and real impact

Story: As a farmer, I want a reliable WhatsApp bot, so that I don’t miss operational and financial deadlines (and, as Miguel, validate the MVP and generate impact metrics). DoD

• Given the stable MVP (audio transcription + alerts by phone call), When in use by a controlled base, Then there are ≥20 active users and satisfaction >95%.
• Given the test period, When consolidated, Then deadline failures due to forgetfulness drop 80% and 30% of the base becomes subscribers.

MGAGRO-2 · Management and data engineering

Story: As Miguel, I want to structure the data and route optimization, so that I validate the MS&E “major fit”. DoD

• Given the field interactions (expenses, routes, inputs), When collected, Then there is 1 structured database.
• Given the database, When modeled, Then there is 1 predictive/optimization model (hidden costs + fuel) documented.

MGAGRO-3 · Academic recognition

Story: As Miguel, I want feedback from MS&E professors, so that I obtain architecture insights and ammunition for the Supplemental Essays. DoD

• Given the report/portfolio, When I do outreach to the 6 mapped faculty, Then I obtain ≥1 qualified response (technical feedback or Office Hours).
• Given the interaction, When it occurs, Then I extract ≥2 insights applicable to the architecture and the essays.
